David Lowell, PE SE

David was born and raised in Juneau, AK and understands the engineering challenges associated with this region and the marine environment.

​

He has over 15 years of hands-on professional civil engineering experience as a field and design engineer, construction manager, and project manager, primarily in the areas of structural and marine design, contract administration, and construction inspection.
